Terms and refunds
These terms explain the planning tools, programme waitlist and how to ask for help. The shoot planner is available to use. We are not accepting payments or pre-orders for the wider product.

The shoot planner
The planner provides shoot ideas, cited agency research and practical suggestions. Nearby-subject discovery uses public place information, interest proxies and library counts where available. These signals do not measure actual buyer sales or predict income. Research can become outdated; inspect the source and its date before planning a shoot. See our evidence and method.
The shoot planner is currently available without payment or an account. You can save ideas in this browser, download shoot plans and back up or import your shortlist. The personalised planner matches editorial setups to your answers and can save one plan with your notes in this browser. Its time budgets estimate shooting plus editing, keywording and submitting. Allow extra time for travel, arrangements and permissions. Saved ideas do not sync through an account or move automatically between browsers or website addresses. Paid planner accounts, a private community and weekly emails are not included. A course sign-in is for purchased lessons and does not store your shoot planner activity.
The product waitlist
Joining requests development and launch updates about the planned StockAlpha automated workflow, practical training and tools, plus early access news when available. There is no charge to join the waitlist. It does not create a paid subscription, reserve a price, guarantee access on a particular date or require you to buy anything. We will explain any paid offer before you choose to purchase.
You can withdraw your request through our privacy contact form or the unsubscribe link in an update email. There is no weekly newsletter.
Availability and changes
We may maintain or improve the site and correct research or lesson content. Future features, communities and unspecified updates are not included merely because they are discussed as plans. A change to this page does not remove rights attached to an existing purchase or replace the terms agreed for that purchase.
If a service problem prevents us from providing purchased content, contact us so we can address access or an appropriate refund. Report a concern through support; your applicable consumer rights remain available.
